Hi Buddies,

Welcome on board with me for experiencing serious and spiritual happiness. Being spiritually happy is very easy as it is  never ending  unlike, short term feel good experience after receiving material gains. Its a feeling of contentment,unconditional and comes with a sense of eternal hope. with eternal happiness you can be fearless even while shaking in your boots.

Happiness is a relative phenomenon. so we can say it has levels which are body centric, mind centric and heart centric. Body based is more animalistic in nature and comes from satisfaction of raw desires. Mind based involves more intelligence for achievement of long term materialistic happiness. Heart based has more of spiritual element.

Having a spiritual dimension to our lives can make us happier.Living happily depends on how we are in our inner lives - our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and desires. Having a spiritual dimension means finding a sense of inner peace - both peace of mind and peace in the heart.Research suggests that people with a sense of spirituality, which can be religious or non-religious, are likely to experience greater happiness and well being. Spirituality can provide us with meaning, a sense of vitality  and a sense of connectedness to others, nature and to 'something bigger' beyond our daily lives. People who feel their life has meaning are happier and healthier too. 

Well this is to just touch upon the basic of Spiritual happiness here are few tips to start your journey for it:-

1. Thank the Universe for everything that you get.

2. Develop tolerance, patience, tact and consideration for others

3. Exercise often your will power as it strengthens you and gives you control over your mind.
